The Other Side, The Spectral Purgatory Realm
The Other Side is a realm of spirits, a spectral limbo somewhere between the material world and the various hells below. Ghostly geography rises astride a sloshing river of souls. There is no light or dark, only sickly grey and translucent blues. Those who mistakenly find their way are often trapped, either as tormented shades or mortal wanderers doomed to starve in the undying wastes.
The Other Side is our anthology series of Gothic horror vignettes inspired by Southern literature and mid-1800s Louisiana. The setting consists of three adventures:
- Radiance de Rosalie: a murder mystery aboard a cursed paddle steamer
- Tarragon Manor: a haunted house ruled by a doomed lord
- Chélabas Landing: a monster-of-the-week quest through a cultist's village
While each of these scenarios can be run as one-shots, we encourage GMs to weave these tales together into a wretched journey across the realm.

Maps
Each of our adventures comes with its own map.
Radiance de Rosalie is a steamship floating along a river of souls. Tarragon Manor is an old gothic mansion in a spectral wood. Chélabas Landing is a rickety shanty town on some distant tributary.
Each of these settings comes with exhaustive interior maps so that you can run adventures in extreme detail. Explore the steamship, find clues in the manor, or sneak into the homes of the shanty town cultists.
To make this content as usable as possible, we released a huge slew of variants for these maps. Throw the steamship into a hellish river of lava, put the shanty town into the desert, or run a flashback of Tarragon Manor on a pleasant summer day in the material realm.

Music
All of our scores for The Other Side are spooky and inspired by Southern American music. "Dirty Deal" is a Cajun romp, while "The Torment" is pure ambient horror. Our music for Chélabas Landing leans eldritch, perfect for confrontations with the misbegotten Auntie En Aval.
