Ruvatello is a hidden paradise, a secret resort for the world's elites. In the foothills once home to the farmers of Aloconato, days of hiking from any minor port city, astride the shores of Lago di Mirello, the realm's richest and most powerful individuals relax in luxurious villas. They tan, feast, swim, and make art and love under blue skies and bright moons. This is Ruvatello, an idyllic resort that commonfolk have either never heard of or assume must be a myth. Ruvatello is truly perfect. The vistas are iconic, the service is impeccable, and no effort is spared to approximate heaven itself.
While appearances are often deceiving, Ruvatello is a true paradise. Of course, the resort does happen to have a handful of strange and dark secrets. The owners—dragons in disguise—slaughtered the previous inhabitants of these foothills. A wicked demigod rents the resort's most iconic villa. The guests include many of the world's most exploitative monopolists and despotic demagogues. This may not be a resort where a party of adventurers will randomly get stabbed by bandits or burned alive by demons, but there is no doubt that conflict will come for them.
No stay at Ruvatello is complete before you:

Ruvatello is beautiful, but it was also designed for maximal social complexity. Eavesdrop on other guests while hiding in the foliage, get into an argument with a priestess in the chapel on the island, or one-up your rivals at the Limone-Marmo casino. This Mediterranean-inspired resort is unique in our library for its truly immaculate presentation, but that doesn't mean your players should avoid conflict!
